Conference Registration Fee Notice

To promote global academic exchanges and cooperation in the field of forestry，no registration fee will be charged for this conference.

Participants shall cover their own expenses for round-trip transportation and accommodation. Academic activities and venue services during the conference will be uniformly arranged by the Conference Organizing Committee.

Places are limited. Register by July 15, and we will be in touch to confirm your attendance. We warmly welcome experts and scholars from home and abroad to register and attend the conference.

Notice on Registration & Participation Changes

All participants whose registration has been completed and approved are kindly requested to attend the conference as scheduled. Should you be unable to participate due to special circumstances, please contact the Conference Organizing Committee no later than 31 August 2026 to go through the formalities for registration cancellation or delegate replacement.
