1. Check-in Time

Participants may complete on-site registration and collect conference materials at the Registration Desk, Ground Floor Lobby, Friendship Palace during designated check-in hours.


2. Required Documents

Valid personal ID or passport, and conference registration confirmation (digital or paper version).


3. Check-in Process

Step 1: Information Verification Proceed to the conference check-in counter and present your ID document and registration confirmation for staff verification.

Step 2: Information Confirmation Verify your personal information including name and affiliation. Any incorrect information can be updated on site.

Step 3: Collect Conference Materials After successful verification, collect your conference badge and official conference documents.

Step 4: Enter the Venue Please wear your conference badge at all times to access all conference sessions and activities.


4. Reminders

1. The conference badge is the only access credential to the venue. Please wear it throughout the conference and keep it safe. 

2. Off-peak check-in is recommended to avoid queuing during peak hours.
